healixmi.com is operated by Signet Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a signature.

2What this site is

The site gives information about HEALiX Medical Intelligence, a product under development, and a way to contact us. It does not give access to the HEALiX platform. Any use of HEALiX by a hospital or organisation is governed only by a separate written agreement with us. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract to supply.

3Information, not advice

Content is general information about our product. Cases, figures and screens are illustrative and use sample data — not real patients, and not validated results. Some capabilities described are still being developed and may change. Nothing here is medical advice; please read our Medical Disclaimer.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; introduce viruses or harmful code; overload or disrupt the site, including through automated scraping; or submit false information or anyone else’s personal or health data. The HEALiX name and logo, and the site’s text, graphics, design and code, belong to or are licensed to Signet Solutions and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other copying, adaptation or distribution needs our written permission. Third-party names, guidelines and marks belong to their owners; their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Links to external sites (for example PubMed or ClinicalTrials.gov) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
