1Who we are

Signet Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”), operates healixmi.com and is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through it. This policy is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it.

2What we collect

What you send us: through the contact form, your name, email address, hospital or organisation, phone number (optional), area of interest and message. Technical data: when you visit, our hosting and font providers automatically process your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Please do not send patient names or any health information — we do not ask for it and will delete it if received.

3Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or discuss a pilot, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

4Legal basis

You give us this data voluntarily for these purposes (Section 7(a), DPDP Act). Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5Who we share it with

Only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Web3Forms (form delivery), our email provider, Amazon Web Services (website hosting) and Google Fonts (typefaces). Some of them may process data outside India, as permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a lawful order of a court or government authority.

6How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last correspondence and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or you become a customer, in which case your agreement with us applies.

7How we protect it

We follow reasonable security practices, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and access limited to the people who need it. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires. See our Security page.

8Your rights

You may ask us to give you a summary of your personal data and who we shared it with, correct or update it, erase it, or nominate a person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated. Write to our Grievance Officer below; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9Children

This site is meant for healthcare professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes on this page with a new “last updated” date.
