1What this website holds

healixmi.com is a static information website. It has no user accounts and no database, and hospital sign-in is not live. The only personal data it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form.

2Hosting and encryption

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3, delivered through Amazon CloudFront). All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and plain HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.

3No tracking

We use no cookies, analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.

4The contact form

Form submissions travel over HTTPS to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards them to our company mailbox. The form includes spam protection. Please do not include patient names or any health information.

5Who can see your enquiry

Only Signet Solutions personnel who need to respond to you. Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last correspondence and then deleted, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

6Patient data

This website never receives, processes or stores patient data. HEALiX itself is under development and being evaluated with clinical teams; security and data-handling arrangements for any evaluation are set with the participating hospital. We will publish product security details here when HEALiX becomes generally available.

7Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, email rony@signetsolutions.in with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or disclose the issue publicly before we have fixed it. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed.

8Incidents

If a security incident affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India, and report cyber security incidents to CERT-In, as Indian law requires.
